At least one person was shot Saturday in an incident in San Jose, police said.Officers responding to a location south of Interstate 280 and east of Hwy. 87 found a gunshot victim, according to the San Jose Police Department. Ben Ferencz, the last living prosecutor from the Nuremberg trials, who prosecuted Nazis for genocidal war crimes and was among the first outside witnesses to document the atrocities of Nazi labor and concentration camps, has died.
